yritin järjestellä itselleni tätä Space Wolves/ Wolfspear organisointia joka ei noudata Codex Astartesia
I tried to organize myself this Space Wolves/Wolfspear organization that does not follow the Codex Astartes
- the Space Wolves are renowned for their anti-authoritarian ways and their embrace of their homeworld Fenris' savage barbarian culture as well as their extreme deviation from the Codex Astartes in the Chapter's organisation.
All-father = God-Emperor
Packs = Squads
- Unlike standard Space Marine squads, as defined by the Codex Astartes, where individual squad members are frequently reassigned to replace casualties or grouped together according to their experience, Space Wolves fight together as a single pack from their induction into the Chapter until death claims them all.
Leman Russ, also called The Wolf King, The Great Wolf or The Lord of Winter and War is the Primarch of the Space Wolves Chapter. He along with Angron and Vulkan, was considered to be one of the mightiest warriors amongst the Primarchs. Known for his fierce and wild personality, Leman Russ considered himself the Emperor's most loyal son and executioner, unquestionably carrying out the punishment of the Master of Mankind. The Chaos emissary to Lorgar called him the Brawler.
- Leman Russ actually wrote a book on how to take down Space Marines after Prospero. Then he gave it to Horus.
- "Moreover, of all the Legions, it was the Space Wolves alone who possessed any experience of real war against the Legiones Astartes, knowledge from which they quickly codified a body of tactics and strategies intended to aid in defeating other Legions should the Emperor ever decree their destruction. This Omega Codex was a direct threat to the other Legions, and its contents were shared only with the Sons of Horus and the Warmaster himself, an error the Wolf King would not realise until much later. Almost every Legion petitioned the Emperor for the destruction of the Omega Codex and the censure of the Space Wolves for its creation, save the Night Lords, Alpha Legion and Iron Hands who instead demanded it be shared with all of the Legions equally." - From the Forgeworld Horus Heresy Book 7: Inferno.
- Not only did Leman essentially made the codex astartes before Guilliman but almost every other primarch tried to stop him from doing so.

Lone wolves |
Lone Wolves are a natural byproduct of the unique structural organisation and warrior brotherhood that forms the heart of the Space Wolves Chapter. Unlike standard Space Marine squads, as defined by the Codex Astartes, where individual squad members are frequently reassigned to replace casualties or grouped together according to their experience, Space Wolves fight together as a single pack from their induction into the Chapter until death claims them all. |

Rivenmaster |
The senior officers of the Kaerls, each rivenmaster commands a force of five hundred armed Kaerls. |
|
→ Kaerls |
The Kaerls are the armed and well-trained military serfs charged with the defence of the Chapter's vessels and holdings. They serve under the direct command of the Space Wolves Chapter of the Adeptus Astartes. Renowned as fierce and effective fighters, Kaerls are commonly equipped with skjoldtar projectile weapons and thick blast-armour. All Kaerls are trained to wield a blade and fire a skjoldtar, a heavy armour-piercing projectile weapon similar to the Autoguns favoured by the Aettguard, the body of elite, Carapace-armoured Kaerls committed to the defence of Leman Russ' ancient fortress-monastery. Kaerls are the children of a Death World, and from the youngest infant to the oldest crone they know the art of killing. Kaerls are rough-spoken and often strict towards the lesser Thralls of the Space Wolves. They do not think twice about landing a punch with a riflebutt for sloppy work, but are humane enough beyond that. They commonly partake in the imbibing of demi-mjod |
|
→ Huskaerl |
The Huskaerls are the field officers of the Kaerls. |
|
Thralls (servitors) |
The Thralls make up the majority of the Chapter's serfs and include the many mono-tasked servitors used by the Iron Priests. |
|
→ Grooms |
Grooms are a sub-set of the Chapter's Thralls. |
|
Ship Master |
The mortal commanders of the Space Wolves' void vessels are known as ship masters, charged with commanding the Chapter's warships in the absence of the Astartes of the Space Wolves themselves. |
|
Helmsmaster |
The Chapter serf known as a Helmsmaster is unique to the Space Wolves Chapter. Unlike other Chapters, the Space Wolves have no Space Marine captain in overall charge of the Chapter's fleet of warships. Instead, each Great Company has its own flagship, which is manned by Chapter serfs. The Helmsmaster serves as the Captain of the Great Company's flagship, and is trusted by the Space Wolves to deliver them safely to their objective, often in the midst of the enemy. |
|
Star-speakers |
The astropaths in service to the Space Wolves are known as star-speakers. |
|
Navigators |
Like all Imperial Warp-capable voidships, the Space Wolves' starships require Navigators to travel the tides of the Immaterium. The Space Wolves have a long-standing political alliance with the Navis Nobilite's House Belisarius to provide guides for the Chapter's voidships. Twenty-four Space Wolves are assigned to House Belisarius on Terra as guards and security officers, known as Wolfblades, in exchange for the service of an equal number of House Belisarius' most-skilled Navigators for the Chapter fleet. |
|
Wolfblade |
The Wolfblade is an ancient honour guard of Adeptus Astartes drawn from the Space Wolves Chapter who protect the Navigator House of Belisarius on Terra, in accordance with an ancient pact forged at the time of the Great Crusade over 10,000 standard years ago.
The Wolfblade is responsible for training House Belisarius' mortal private troops under the command of the house's ruling Celestarch and leading them into battle. They act as the Belisarius Celestarch's strong right arm when there is a need. They slay his enemies in open battle and by stealth when required. |
