"Shiväisith was Finno-Ugric inspired and Todjydheenil was inspired by Nordic runes. Given that the Asgardians were based on Norse mythology, linguistically North Germanic, the "other" should be Finnish, linguistically Finno-Ugric. Therefore, the Dark Elves' language is reminiscent of Finnish, just as the Asgardian names are all reminiscent of Scandinavian."
