Nier "Replicant" (2010) - Original Nier released in Japan with younger protagonist (brother)
Nier "Gestalt" - Nier released in the west instead of Replicant with older protagonist (father)
Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139 (2021) - Remake of the original Nier Replicant
Most notable difference is the age of the protagonist. In Replicant, you save your sister. In Gestalt, you save your daughter. They did it that way because the publishers thought the west wouldn't like a young main character and needed a big muscle barbarian.
The game is a spin-off from the Drakengard series
